PENGU Buy Signal Flashes: 77% Rally Imminent?

Reading time: 3 min

PENGU’s Bullish Indicator Signals Potential 77% Surge Amidst SoFi Integration and Positive Developments

The cryptocurrency token PENGU has presented a historically accurate bullish indicator, suggesting a potential upside of up to 77%. This forecast is bolstered by recent integration with SoFi, a leading online lender, and a consistent pattern of higher highs and higher lows in its price action.

TD Sequential’s Predictive Power

The TD Sequential indicator, known for its reliability in forecasting market movements, has accurately predicted previous rallies and downturns for PENGU. In the past two months, this indicator has proven to be a strong predictor of the token’s trajectory.

On August 7, the TD Sequential generated a buy signal, which preceded a significant rally of 77.64%. This period coincided with promotional campaigns launched by LBank and the expansion of Pudgy Penguins merchandise into North American Walmart and Target stores, spearheaded by the token’s parent company, Igloo Inc. CEO Luca Netz also fueled positive sentiment by suggesting a potential public listing within two years.

A subsequent buy signal on September 15 resulted in a 66.94% profit. During this time, PENGU reached its local monthly low of $0.00685 following increased selling pressure after the ecosystem unlocked 712 million tokens. However, the token rebounded by 63%-66% over the following ten days, peaking at $0.01114 on September 25 before stabilizing around $0.0099.

Factors Driving Mid-September Gains

Beyond the technical oversold bottom, the mid-September rebound was also influenced by a PEPE cycle fractal and substantial real-world retail visibility. This included presence at Walmart and the Pengu World Tour in Seoul, which aligned with Korean Blockchain Week and the tease of the Pengu Minibot.

Recent Sell Signal and Technical Analysis

A sell signal on September 25 led to a 32.58% decline for PENGU. After reaching a high of $0.01029, the token gradually fell back to the $0.0068 support zone. Contributing factors to this downturn included disruptions within its Abstract blockchain network and the announcement that proceeds from toy sales would not be used for token buybacks and burns.

From a technical standpoint, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicated that the token was heavily overbought. Furthermore, PENGU encountered resistance at the $0.010 mark on higher timeframes, triggering a cascade of long liquidations and favoring short sellers.

Current Bullish Outlook

The TD Sequential has now issued another buy signal on the daily chart, suggesting the development of an upward trend. This timing aligns with PENGU’s recent availability for trading and holding on SoFi, which boasts 15 million members and is America’s largest online lender.

Additionally, PENGU has maintained a consistent pattern of higher highs and higher lows. If this momentum persists, the token could potentially reach $0.013, representing a gain of approximately 70%.
